Returns

Return Policy: 

Unworn, unwashed merchandise (excluding accessories and sale product) may be returned within 14 days of shipping date for store credit only. Afterglow Collective does not offer refunds of any kind, only store credit. 

We reserve the right to refuse a return if any of the above conditions are not met.

All returns must be made within 14 days of the order being delivered. Please make sure it is delivered back to Afterglow Collective by day 14. Returns that exceed this limit will not be accepted. Afterglow Collective does not supply return labels. Any items sent back to us that are not in compliance with our return policy will be shipped back to the customer at their expense. After 14 days, we are unable to accept returns on any purchases. 

Once a return is delivered to Afterglow Collective, please allow 3 business days for it to be processed. 

Final Sale Items: 

The following items are considered final sale. No exceptions will be made!
